• How To Apply Eyeliner: Twist to slightly extend the tip of the pencil. Place the pencil along the upper lash line and trace a line along the length of the eyelid. Adapt the thickness and shape of the line to achieve the desired look. The creamy tip allows for a customizable result. For a deep and intense look, apply the pencil along the lower lash line. For smoky eyes, apply the pencil to the eyelid, blend or smudge the line using the Eyeshadow Shade Brush.
