• How to apply Day and Night Cream: Take a small amount of cream then spread the product over the backs of your fingers. With the backs of your fingers folded, apply the product to your face and neck, using light, energetic tapping motions.

• Still using your fingertips, exert a sliding pressure from the center of the forehead towards the temples. Repeat this movement several times.

• With the backs of your knuckles facing upwards, do the same, gliding under your cheekbones as if to highlight them.

• Using your bent index fingers, smooth from your chin towards your ears.

• Finally, apply pressure with your thumbs from behind your ears to the back of your neck. Your index finger naturally forms a pinch, amplifying the effect of the gesture.
